What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer pilates focuses on the entire body and work all muscle groups. From legs, abdominals, glutes, arms, back, deep core muscles and includes cardio session with pilates Cardio-Tramps.
Reformer exercises are perfect for individuals with injuries, and or exercises restrictions, as all excercises can be modified to make them suitable for everyone!
Group Reformer Sessions
All group Reformer sessions run for 8 weeks, each is a 60 minutes-long class taught by one of our certified Reformer pilates instructors.
There is a maximum of 10 students in each group class, allowing each student to receive personalized attention.
All group Reformer sessions must be booked in advanced. Each member will have their weekly spot(s) throughout the 8-week-session.
48hr cancelation notice is required for all Reformer classes without a cancelation fee.
Private Reformer training is perfect for those with injuries seeking rehabiliation through excercise, couples, families or new Reformer students.
Private sessions of one-on-one, semi-private, trio must be booked in advanced.
Private training is highly recommended for new members interested in group Reformer. It will help familiarize yourself with the Reformer machine, basic movements and techiques, as well as work on injury areas.
